No. 3 : Things to be happy about.

* Control.
* Late night Conversations.
* Being clean.
* Spending time alone.
* Painting your nails.
* Remembering amazing teachers.
* Chocolate.
* Pillows.
* Colours.
* The floor - When I'm down or just feel like it, I lie on the floor. It helps me feel grounded and balanced.
* Baggy clothes.
* Clean hair.
* Beautiful smells.
